Understanding Her Anatomy

Below is a diagram that highlights the key parts of a woman’s external genitalia, also known as the vulva.

Clitoral Hood: At the top of her vulva, you’ll find the clitoral hood, a small flap of skin that covers and protects the highly sensitive clitoris. This structure is similar to the foreskin in males and is scientifically known as the "prepuce."

Clitoris: The clitoris is likely the most crucial part of her vulva during oral sex. It appears as a small nub rich in nerve endings and is your main focus. Located just beneath the clitoral hood, the clitoris is much larger than it seems, extending 9 to 11 centimeters internally. You can stimulate the entire clitoral shaft, not just the visible tip, to give her pleasure.

Labia Majora & Labia Minora: These are the skin folds surrounding the vaginal opening. The labia majora are larger than the labia minora. Sensitivity varies, and some women enjoy having their labia licked, while others might not feel much.

Urethral Opening: This is where urine exits the body, and it doesn’t play a significant role during oral sex.

Vagina: The vagina is another highly sensitive area that responds well to stimulation by the tongue, lips, fingers, or penis. It’s technically incorrect to refer to oral stimulation as “eating her vagina” since the vagina is internal.

Anus: The anus is also packed with nerve endings and can be a source of pleasure if she’s interested in anilingus, which I cover in more detail in my anal sex guide.

Now, let’s move on to her important internal anatomy…

G Spot: Located on the anterior wall of the vagina, about 2-3 inches inside, the G-spot is an area where you can stimulate her clitoris internally. However, it becomes pleasurable only when she is fully aroused. You can find more details on locating the G-spot in the guide linked here.

Vagina: The entire length of the vagina is sensitive, including both the A-Spot and G-Spot.

Cervix: The cervix is extremely sensitive, and while some women enjoy cervical stimulation, others may find it painful, especially around their period when the cervix becomes harder and lower.

Anus & Rectum: The rectum is the internal part of the anus. Some women enjoy anal play, while others don’t. It’s important to use lube since the anus doesn’t self-lubricate.

When focusing on oral sex, you’ll primarily be dealing with her external anatomy, which I’ve detailed above.

The Build-Up: 7 Steps to Teasing Her

Teasing can heighten anticipation, bringing her to a state of intense arousal. Here’s a step-by-step guide to teasing her:

  1. Start Slow: Begin by kissing her from her mouth down to her breasts, and continue down to her waist and hips. Slowly spread her legs, and be mindful of her erogenous zones.
  2. Panties On: Don’t remove her panties just yet. Instead, kiss her vulva through them and lightly squeeze with your lips. You can also gently run your tongue over her vagina.
  3. Lower Kisses: After a few minutes, kiss along her inner thigh, moving down as far as her knees. Alternate between her legs, occasionally returning to kiss her vulva through her panties.
